When placing an online order you will receive an email confirmation or your order details. If, for any reason, MMTF doesn’t have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you immediately to offer a refund or to let you know how long till we have stock.

Q1. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Option 1 : Malaysia – RM10 (For purchases below RM80)
Option 2 : Malaysia – RM18 (For purchases above RM80)
(FREE Delivery for purchases above RM160 for Option 1 & 2)
Option 3 : For MarathonBaker orders :-
RM10 (For purchases below RM100)
RM20 (For purchases above RM100)
RM20 (For purchases below RM20)
RM25 (For total purchases between RM20 and RM100)
RM50 (For total purchases equal or more than RM100)

Q2. WHEN CAN I RECEIVE THE ITEM THAT I ORDERED?
- For in-stock items, your order should be processed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days after order verification and credit approval. However, we are not able to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
- For pre-ordered items, we will indicate the estimated shipment date accordingly.
- All shipments are processed in West Malaysia and we do not deliver to P.O boxes. The delivery times will generally be 1 – 3 business days, sometimes more depending on Malaysia post.
- During festive periods, we seek your understanding to allow more time for delivery.
Q3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email, or by logging into your account. Please allow 24 hours before checking the status of your order. It may not be immediately available after you receive the delivery confirmation email.
Q4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE?
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Q5. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER/PARCEL IF I AM NOT HOME?
All parcels will require signature upon delivery. If you are not home to receive your parcel, a notification card will be dropped in your mailbox or attached at your door for instruction on how to retrieve your parcel.
Q6. CAN I COLLECT SELF-COLLECT MY ORDER?
We are sorry that self-collection is not available currently.
